chicken pie filling
you need :-
2 cups small pieces/diced chicken breasts
1/4 cup vegetable oil/butter
1 cup diced onion
2 cups cubed potatoes
* any vegetable of your choice :
green peas, carrots, celery (cut same size)

or
2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
1 can cream of chicken soup
salt and pepper
* about 1 cup milk and 2 tbsflour for thickening
* basil / Italian seasoning
- Heat oil/butter and add in onions
- Stir in chicken pieces until cooked
- Add in potatoes and all vegetables, stirring until all softened
- Pour in cream soup and stir in milk slowly while adding flour to thicken mixture
- Cook over slow fire for about 10 mins
- Heat up oven 180*C , while rolling out/ cutting up and filling the pastry
- Using a fork pick a few hole ( to let out steam while baking)
- Egg wash to finish
- Bake for about 35 mins/ or until golden brown
