Banana Bread ~ recipe from Joyofbaking.com

sieved together  flour, baking powder and baking soda
with salt & cinnamon powder in a dry bowl

melt and cool down 1/2 cup unsalted butter

mashed roughly 2 or 3 bananas
and  add the brown sugar into the flour mixture

lightly whip 2 or 3 eggs

mix together all wet ingredients

fold in wet ingredients into the flour mixture

baked in  8 x 8 cake tin
* since I dont have a loaf pan


baked at 180*C for 45 min
or until a skewer comes out clean/dry


Banana Bread :

A.
1 3/4  cups  all-purpose flour
3/4    cup  sugar  ( I prefer using brown sugar)
1     tsp baking powder
1/4   tsp baking soda
1/4   tsp salt 
1  tsp ground cinnamon (optional)
1 cup walnuts coarsely chopped (optional)

B
2 large eggs ( I used 3 med-size eggs)
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted and cooled
3 ripe bananas , mashed - about  1 1/2 cup
1 tsp vanilla


method :

1. (A)combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, 
    cinnamon and walnuts

2. (B) in another bowl , combine all ingredients (B)

3. Then add in wet ingredients (banana mixture) into the
     dry ingredients (flour mixture), fold in gently until
      batter well mixed

4. Bake at 180*C for about 45mins or until bread is 
    golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean
